Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Serving Simply Vanilla Mix
  • 1.5 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 3 Tbsp Water or Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips (Or a few extra if you would like 😉)

  

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. In a bowl combine baking mix, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and water
  3. Once thoroughly mixed, stir in chocolate chips
  4. Spray mini bread tin with nonstick spray and fill with batter
  5. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes
  6. Remove, cool and enjoy!
