Corn Bread

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/4 C Cornmeal 
  • 1 C Buttermilk Mix
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt 
  • 1 C Milk
  • 1/3 C Water
  • 3 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1/4 C Frozen Corn

  

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a bowl mix cornmeal, mix, baking powder and salt
  3. Add in water and milk
  4. Stir in butter
  5. Fold in frozen corn and pour into greased bread pan or muffin tin
  6. Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Testing stick should come out clean 
  7. Enjoy!
