- 1 servings (50 g) of Original Buttermilk (Or Keto) Mix
- 1/3 C water
- A dash of Garlic Powder
- 1 TBSP Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Serving Pizza Sauce
- 1 Serving Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese
- Dried Basil
- Mini Pepperonis
- Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350°F
- Preheat Mini Waffle Maker
- In a bowl mix Buttermilk mix, water, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
- Spray waffle maker with non stick spray and fill with batter until you can barely see the bottom iron. Close the iron and cook for approx 1.5 minutes.
- Repeat 2 more times.
- Top you waffles with sauce, cheese, basil and pepperonis.
- Place pizzas in oven or toaster oven directly on the rack.
- Bake until the cheese is bubbling and then remove from oven.
- Let the pizzas cool slightly and enjoy!
