Waffle Pizzas!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 9-12 minutes

Total Time: 15-20 minutes




  • 1 servings (50 g) of Original Buttermilk (Or Keto) Mix
  • 1/3 C water
  • A dash of Garlic Powder
  • 1 TBSP Parmesan Cheese


  • 1 Serving Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Serving Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese
  • Dried Basil
  • Mini Pepperonis


  1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350°F
  2. Preheat Mini Waffle Maker
  3. In a bowl mix Buttermilk mix, water, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Spray waffle maker with non stick spray and fill with batter until you can barely see the bottom iron. Close the iron and cook for approx 1.5 minutes.
  5. Repeat 2 more times.
  6. Top you waffles with sauce, cheese, basil and pepperonis.
  7. Place pizzas in oven or toaster oven directly on the rack.
  8. Bake until the cheese is bubbling and then remove from oven.
  9. Let the pizzas cool slightly and enjoy!
