By checking the Terms and Conditions box you agree and understand the following...

 

WRONG INFO

You will contact Wake Up Nutrition immediately if you have provided any wrong information such as email or address. You understand Wake Up Nutrition will not be responsible for replacing or refunding your order if wrong information is provided and the order is fulfilled.

*Please note that UPS my choice allows you to change an address once an order is shipped. This must be done by the customer.

 

VACATION or UNAVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY

If you will be on vacation or out of town and would like your order to be held until you return you must email us or add a note to your order stating so. We will ship it out once we have a date set for your return or until we have the go ahead from you. If your order is fulfilled and something happens once it is delivered and we were not contacted, Wake Up Nutrition will not be responsible for replacing your order.  

 

DISCOUNT or ORDER CHANGES

Once an order is placed we cannot apply a discount or sales code. Discount codes cannot be applied to orders placed before or after the intended sale date. All sales items are final. If you would like to add to or change your order please email us immediately. We will not be able to change an order once it has shipped. In the event a product needs to be changed you may be subject to a restocking fee, if switching to a seasonal flavor you will be charged the difference owed with the restocking fee. Orders with outstanding invoices will not ship until paid.

 

SHIPPING and DELIVERY

You understand that orders are processed in 2 business days but may take 2-7 business days to be delivered once shipped.  You understand you can receive text or email updates for your package once shipped. If there is a problem with your order upon delivery you will contact Wake Up Nutrition within 3 days to correct the order (this includes weekends).

RETURNS

Items may only be eligible for return if it is in original packaging and sealed. If there is a physical issue with your order please email us immediately. All clothing items may be returned if they have not been washed or ruined. If you have placed an order through Amazon you must contact their customer support. We do not have access to their information.
